Cancellation Policy

Because we reserve dedicated time on our calendar for your session, we require advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, your refund will be calculated based on the timeframe of your notice provided before the scheduled start time:

Notice Provided	Refund Amount
48 hours or more	100% Refund (Full refund)
Between 24 and 48 hours	50% Refund
Between 12 and 24 hours	25% Refund
Less than 12 hours (or no-show)	0% Refund (No refund)

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email at icultural.net@gmail.com or by replying to your booking confirmation. The timestamp on your email or message will be used to determine the notice window.

By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the event of documented emergencies.
